Caroline Antlett

Caroline began her career in the yachting industry as a chef on yachts back in 2006. Having studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Caroline enjoyed producing all styles of food while cruising around the world. Caroline has sailed from the Mediterranean and Caribbean to the Pacific Islands, Galapagos, Thailand, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, and much more. People are always asking about her favorite location, but it is impossible to choose!

Caroline can tell you that whether guests are cruising the French Riviera in style or journeying to remote islands where money is irrelevant and locals barter fresh seafood for clothing and batteries, there is no other form of luxury travel that can rival being onboard a yacht.    

Moving ashore in 2012, Caroline worked in both yacht management and business development before moving into charter brokerage. Caroline uses her extensive experience across the industry to provide the highest level of service to her clients, acting as a trusted advisor for both private and corporate charters. Caroline loves to work with all forms of yacht charters, from private holidays to corporate events or sourcing yachts for TV and film locations.

Caroline was born in the UK but lives in Palma de Mallorca and is delighted to join the team at Denison Yachting. In her free time, she enjoys all kinds of sports including free diving and skiing, and she is also a keen connoisseur of food and wine.
